About
Hello everyone, my name is Tyler “The Tank” Ellis. I have been in love with the game of golf since my grandpa took me to the course at the age of 7. From junior golf tournaments to playing at the collegiate level, I am truly passionate about the game and getting as many people to join in the delight that golf inevitably brings. I graduated from Sam Houston State University and was apart of the PGA Golf Management program while in college.
I have had the honor of being taught/mentored by some of the best golf instructors in the country. In doing so, I have learned different teaching disciplines, however, my favorite in particular are the swing principles of the great Texas Native Ben Hogan.
My areas of expertise are one-on-one instruction, junior group instruction, and golf fitness.
