What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Step 1: After we've established contact, we'll meet via Zoom or face-to-face for a free consultation and goal-setting session.
Step 2: I'll research and design a training regimine built specifically for you, after which I'll walk you through the program I've designed.
Step 3: We get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Exercise Physiologist and Gym Manager with a degree in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor, where I played middle-linebacker for the university.
I have worked with middle school, high school, and collegiate Football, Baseball, and Basketball athletes, and completed an internship with the renowned Accelerate Performance Enhancement Center in Tyler, TX.
