WHY ME: “There has to be rain, to enjoy the sun.” There needs to be challenge in order to create change. My training leads that path! Anyone of you can hit on purpose, but with me, I’ll train you to hit with a purpose. I have had my own fitness journey of losing nearly 100 lbs. I understand your fight and would love to be with you on this journey. Lose weight doing something fun and different while learning a sweet science.
LOCATIONS: I have two locations I train out of. One in spring off 45 and Louetta at my personal gym. The other is in humble within a boot camp/CrossFit styled gym. Both get the job done and we can choose whichever location you’d like.
*Your home is an option at an extra $15 on the session.
PRICE:
30 min session - $40
60 min session - $70
- Packages of 5 come cheaper when bought at bulk.
- Meet and greets are an option. The vibe attracts your tribe.
- Refer clients and receive FREE sessions based off purchase.
