Cooking It Healthy W/ Chef Tim
About
Chef Tim makes cooking fun. There is no reason to become stressed over cooking. After learning the basics, you will be able to prepare any meal, healthy and on a budget!
My specialty is in healthy cuisines. I have over 20 years in cooking experience with two degrees in culinary arts and food & nutrition
The most enjoyable thing about cooking is watching other people smiling and enjoying my dishes. Cooking for me is a stress reliever because it challenges you to think and to be creative. That feeling of enjoying something that you created is special and motivation for other projects and goals that you have once doubted.
