Milo’s Golf Academy
About
I strive to see my students achieve sucess not only through the changes we make to their technique but their understanding of the game of golf and the golf swing so that they can begin to self correct and continue to improve on their own and for longer periods of time.
I enjoy this kind of work because it is exactly the type of instruction I wish I had received early on in my golfing career. Golf is a tough game, and often frustrating to try and improve at on your own. Quality instruction removes the mystery from so much of the learning process and allows students to continue loving the game while improving.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new client the first step is to evaluate their current skill level on the golf course and analyze the current movement pattern in the players swing. Once I have an idea of the tendencies in your golf game we can create a plan to move forward. I am focused on longevity in your golf game. I want you to continue improving as long as we work together so that you can go as far as you want in this game. No goal is too big or small for my students.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played three years of Division 1 College Golf at Texas Southern University. I recently became a playing professional this year and have 1 start on the Korn Ferry Tour. I find that my knowledge is relevant to all players as I am still actively playing competitively at the highest level. I understand what is takes to be successful in this game and can effectively relay this information to you in a clear and concise manner.
