What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing we would do is complete our initial assessment. I will talk to the client and find out what their overall goals are for training, and what they want to accomplish at the end. Then we will create a plan to achieve those goals. We will complete a physical fitness assessment to see where the client is and how much/intense the training program will be.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Certified Weight Management Specialist. Certified in Mittology. TITLE Boxing Club Boxing and Kickboxing Trainer 2013-2016

pricing starts at $25 session. Prices decrease according to training frequency.
How did you get started teaching?
I've been an athlete all my life. When I graduated from Texas A&M University, I decided to turn my passion into my profession. Working in the boxing gym exposed me to a type of physical training that I had never seen before! I love the boxing workout, and the results I was able to achieve! Ever since then boxing has been my favorite sport and favorite way to exercise!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children as young as five years old to adults as experienced as 80+.
