I like that I can transmit the clients is my knowlodgment about Fitness and Soccer, and they can improve their health and skills during the working out sessions.
I am working on the fitness industry for more than 18 years, working with different type of clients, and let help them reach their goals according their needs and levels.
I have a Bachelor in Sciance and Physical Education. I am a Certified Personal Traiener, and Post Rehabilitation Excersies Specialty, and I have a Sport Strength and Conditioning Certification.
The service I am offer is for the people with diferentes fitness levels, and I can help develop the physical capacity as Strength, Flexibility, Balance and desing a program that will help reach the real goals.

Start with the assestment that help me see which is the new student level, and then desing the wrigth program for them.

The Prices of sessions depends how long the client want workout, and I will talk to the client in private.
How did you get started teaching?
I am started teaching at School for few years, and after finish and get my Training Lic I started training people with different fitness levels, and I have more than 20 years experience in the Fitness ifield.
