Garrett Allison Guitar Lessons

My name is a Garrett Allison and as a guitar teacher I'm here to not to only teach my s, I'm 18 years oldtudents a song they may want to play, but to pass down the essential skills and knowledge of guitar playing and music theory. I've always been fascinated by music theory and finding new sounds and ways to play, delving into different genres and abstract concepts. As far as my main sound goes I generally play a mix between funk, rock, alternative , blues, and a little punk. I've played for about 5 years while studying music theory along the way and have worked with various guitar players and I'm currently working on a band I've been with for the past year. I have not taught students in the past however I've always enjoyed showing others how to play and possess the skills to teach, so as my student you can be assured that I will care for you and your progress as a guitar player. I know how hard it is for beginning students to have the motivation to improve on their skills, because like every other guitarist I was at that point once, but my goal is to get you past that difficult interval of learning guitar by teaching you the skills you need efficiently in order to build your passion.
