Understand, Everyone has a different genetic make up,what might work for me might not work for you. We are in no rush to get where you want to be without a plan, but like a Marine my job is to help you develop consistency, patience and most of all integrity with yourself. With those few morales in place, you won't need me for long and Nothing will be impossible!
What makes my services great is that a boxing workout is a full body, muscle tone and Cardo all wrapped in one. It's fun and easy! You will enjoy the programs that I know, I picked up boxing while in the Marine Corps and was inducted into The All Marine Boxing Hall Of Fame In 2015.
