I've trained and competed both amateur and 14 professional fights in a span of 3 years. I've had 2 losses but I also have 12 wins all by tko. Except one being unanimous decision. Boxing is my passion. I only stopped because my coach passed away. I'm not ready to join a boxing and rebuild the relationship. I love going back to fundamentals even when I train for a hobby at my house. I am looking for only beginners. If you don't know much about boxing. You are the perfect person. I want to teach you footwork, jumproping, light cardio, boxing mitts, boxing stance, pivot and angling out. Please have a pair of boxing gloves and handwraps for protection. Mouthguards are a great way to strengthen your mental and physical state. Mouthguards will make the lessons intense because it's harder to breathe, but that's only a plus for you. Improve breathing techniques and makes your body work harder. But first it's all about footwork, footwork , and more footwork! Please have jumpropes ready. I will bring myself and boxing mitts that we will be training with.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First things first I want to see how you do with transferring your body weight. Jumpropes are a great way to do that. So I time you to see if you can go 3 min straight. After every minute there is no break but for 30 seconds you will speed up with the jumpropes. Then I will teach you how to approach and back up from opponents also how to pivot and angle out. Then teach you jab cross hook and uppercut. How to use the entire body and how to hit with impact.
