"Just One More set!"

-Shannon P. Robbins

I have been privileged to work with many athletes over time that have benefited from the many segments brought forth. I have panticipated in Football, Soccer,Baseball, Track and Basketball. I have been known as "The Serious One" due to the level of commitment I put forth.

I use to weigh in at 318 lbs. and I was truly on the edge of death. Hard work and proper dieting was the key of successful change that only can start from within.

"When a Motivator is able to motivate one who lacks motivation, this brings completeness to the giver."

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First, getting to know the new athlete. Next, find out the limits and goals of the athlete. Last, help build that physique that they seek.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am anot athlete of all trades that also trains hard still today. Every movement and workout brought forth for demonstration is also performed and approved by Shannon P. Robbins himself.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Sessions vary on the athletes experience. A consultation will be the first step before a number is thrown.

In my experience, numbers frighten people, especially when a price is given without knowing the students goals and limits.

How did you get started teaching?

8 years ago, I started training 9-12 year olds every summer. From there, I started a fitness boot camp with those same athletes parents. Needless to say, it's still in full motion and we all are now Serious about Athletics.

What types of students have you worked with?

The latest student was a high schooler destined for basketball. He and his brother was both trained by me. The dedication showed from them motivated me to push them farther and harder to be the best that they can be.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

This year, I took 13 young athletes to greater heights with built in morals.

These young people never played ball bare ball before and was not at all confident within themselves. By the end of the year, they were very confident and looked like a totally new and improved team.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure that the teacher that is chosen is chosen for the love and not just for the money.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

They should think about if they will be able to commit and follow through with the things they present to the teacher.
