My name's Desmond Douglas with top level training. I have 18 years experience in skills enhance training focusing on footwork ball handling moving without the ball finishing at the rim defense and speed and agility. I work with beginners and advanced skill levels from ages 3 years old to adults, aau programs college and pro level players.
I enjoyed teaching the right way to play and watching the growth in players I work with. There's no better feeling helping an Athlete reach there goals.

Couldn’t be more happier with TLT. Coach Desmond is a top notch trainer who takes his time to evaluate the kids he is training and help with there weaknesses. Both my sons (8yrs old) see coach Desmond on a weekly bases and I have seen great improvements both on and off the court. He is dedicated, passionate and cares about his craft.
