I have been involved in over 8 sports in my life mainly including, basketball, football, and track and field. My business should stand out because I not only know how to play the sport, but i've played so long that I can now coach it. I love being in shape, I love to workout, and I love passing down my legion to the youngin's. I may only be 18 but I know a thing or two. I played varsity football for 3 years of my high school career, I played b-ball and football as well all through middle school and the reason I say only 3 years I played Football is because I only played basketball my freshman year, I started on A team and we won district that year! I have coached 3 Pee Wee 7 on 7 teams for New Braunfels high. I have assistant coached a meckenna league team for 3 years now and now I am super excited to be on my own and coaching my own athletes!!!

I enjoy being able to give what I have received from coaches that taught me how to play sports and the fundamentals to younger athletes. I want to be able to teach younger athletes to start working hard now so your not behind in the future. I have loved sports all my life and teaching it just gives me such joy because I want to help the upcoming generation get in shape and change america into a country that is rumored to have some of the biggest strongest men in the world and not the fattest laziest people in the world!!!

    When working with a new student I will first evaluate their skills so I know how acceled they are in that certain sport. After the evaluation I will set up a perfect workout or practice to fit their skill and criteria. During the workout I will study the athletes footwork, arm movements, and visuals. I will always give constructive crticism because I care that the athlete does the workout 100% right so in the future they are aware of how to workout properly without stunting growth or hurting their muscles.

     I took medical terminology, Health Science, human services, and Public Health in Highschool, I also played football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and track and feild all through school. I have played football for 6 years, basketball for 4 years, I ran track 2 years at NBHS, I played baseball 2 years (not recent), and my soccer team went undefeated. I have coached 3 Pee Wee 7 on 7 teams at NBHS, I have coached 2 Basbeall Pee Wee teams as well. I also volunteer as a coach as much as I can.

    Strength and Conditioning training- 30$ per hour 

    Cross Fit training-30$ an hour 

    Weight Lifting-30$ an hour 

    I started teaching in 2019 I am new to the coaching scene but I have learned a lot and I would love to pass down my knowledge of sports, physical health, and fitness to the younger ones. Now my buddy Aaron and I have a little training facility that we rent out to workout and train others in. 

    I have trained my little brother (15) in weigh training. He saw 15lbs of gains after 2 months of working with me. Now he is on his own working out everyday! I have also trained five 13-year olds how to run WR routes correctly and taught them how to play correct defense. I am now close to all of them and see them around on a regular basis and I always ask how there training is going. 

    A recent event that I am proud of is that i recently reached my weight goal which is 170, i weighed 157 before and in 4 weeks I gained 13 pounds! Also I got an email from a TLU coach saying He was interested in me! 

    I would tell that student to look for someone that can relate to them physically and mentally, someone that has played recently and is still fresh on the rules and the importance of all sports. I would also tell them to look for someone that is in great shape and that there is proof that that person is in shape on a profile picture or picture on their account. 

    I know some questions I would ask would be, "what food plan is best for my hieght and weight?" "How much should I eat before a workout and prior?" "Am I working this muscle out correctly?" "Should I be resting a day in between?" "What things can I super set into my workout to tone my body better?" "How can I gain healthy weight?"
