She is a great teacher and has the patience necessary to deal with beginners as well as advanced students. She challenges her students to push themselves so they can see what she sees in them.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A little about myself…
It all started with my father, Mario Fraga, a well versed professional Musician with a huge enthusiast for various instruments, who gave me the yearning for music. At age five, I took lessons from Mr. Robin Abraham, a Julliard School of Music graduate, awarded the first MBAW Lifetime Achievement in Music Education in 2007. After studying in San Antonio, Texas at the Northside School of Music, I later went on to study under the renowned and adept instructor, Polly Chandler in Del Rio, Texas. Subsequently, I joined the Eagle Pass Band and Mariachi in Junior High and High School. As lead violinist in Mariachi and under the direction and supervision of highly recognized band directors Raul Gonzalez, Ruben Rodriguez, Maribel Lozano and Carlos Martinez my appetite for music continued to grow. In continuing, I helped start a Mariachi group named Mariachi Cihualtecos and pursued it for 6 years. Consequently, it is because of this that I now want to share the joy music has given me by teaching others, as I too accredit what Stevie Wonder once said, “Music is a world within itself, with a language we all understand.”
