Our experienced coaches provide options that allow you to safely perform movements that work around any physical issues. Walk, jog, run, or ride, you set your own pace. Top-of-the-line equipment, upbeat music and motivational trainers make the Orangetheory Fitness environment the most energetic fitness environment around. Our studios have 12 treadmills, 12 rowing machines, 12 suspension unit systems, plenty of free weights and benches for sessions of 10 to 25 people, as well as bike and strider options. Each studio has separate men’s and women’s restrooms and showers for convenience and comfort. Lockers, courteous staff, and modern equipment complete the OTF experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Your first session with Orangetheory Fitness is always FREE! We want to ensure that you have such a great experience, that we ask all first-timers to arrive 30 minutes prior to their one hour workout. 

We have classes on the hour, so picking a class time is easy. We start as early as 5am, and our last class of the day is generally around 8pm. 

Every first-timer has a fitness consultation with our trainers, so they are ready to conquer the one hour session. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Orangetheory Fitness has a medical advisory board that creates each workout. Every workout is going to be different, every single time you come in.

We focus on endurance, strength, power, and a mixture of all three. In addition, our trainers are master instructors that go far beyond having a certification. In fact, all of our trainers are thouroughly screened, and have a rigurous training program to become a coach. Each coach has a different spice, however, all trainers have over 4+ certifications.

What types of students have you worked with?

Orangetheory Fitness is a group workout for everyone! We have members who are new to working out, pregnant, or workout all the time. Regardless, everyone goes at their own pace, and provides options for everyone.

Every month we have a different event going on! However, Orangetheory Fitness twice a year hosts a "weight loss challenge." our members loose up to 25-35 pounds in ONLY 6 WEEKS!

try a free class! You always test drive a car before you take it home, same should go for your fitness!
