About this pro

Orangetheory Fitness is the "best one hour workout," according to the New york Times! Our heart-rate-monitored classes are designed to stimulate metabolism, increase energy, and provide group support and accountability. In addition, you'll have access to all of our facilities nation-wide; with access to many different trainers, without an insane price-tag.

Backed by the science of Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (or EPOC), Orangetheory Fitness' heart rate monitored training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. We call it the afterburn. Our members burn an estimated 500 to 1,000 calories in 60 minutes.** And keep burning calories for up to 36 hours.

* Whether you’re an athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Orangetheory is designed for all fitness levels. Our experienced coaches provide options that allow you to safely perform movements that work around any physical issues. Walk, jog, run, or ride, you set your own pace. Well…technically your heart rate does.

Top-of-the-line equipment, upbeat music and motivational trainers make the Orangetheory Fitness environment the most energetic fitness environment around. Our studios have 12 treadmills, 12 rowing machines, 12 suspension unit systems, plenty of free weights and benches for sessions of 10 to 25 people, as well as bike and strider options. Each studio has separate men’s and women’s restrooms and showers for convenience and comfort. Lockers, courteous staff, and modern equipment complete the OTF experience.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Your first session with Orangetheory Fitness is always FREE! We want to ensure that you have such a great experience, that we ask all first-timers to arrive 30 minutes prior to their one hour workout.

We have classes on the hour, so picking a class time is easy. We start as early as 5am, and our last class of the day is generally around 8pm.

Every first-timer has a fitness consultation with our trainers, so they are ready to conquer the one hour session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Orangetheory Fitness has a medical advisory board that creates each workout. Every workout is going to be different, every single time you come in.

We focus on endurance, strength, power, and a mixture of all three. In addition, our trainers are master instructors that go far beyond having a certification. In fact, all of our trainers are thouroughly screened, and have a rigurous training program to become a coach. Each coach has a different spice, however, all trainers have over 4+ certifications.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes! We have packages that are eligible for one year or monthly membership that fit your schedule.
