My training experience stands out by the level of focus I put into each of my clients. Its not just a training session then goodbye. I develop healthy food plans as well as exercise plans and adjust those plans as my clients progress to their goals. You will rarely find the level of attention I give to each client.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After a free intial consultation I build a healthy food plan and exercise program to meet your goals. Gym training sessions, continual assessments and updates to plans, coupled with technology and knowledge of the industry I will bring dedicated clients to their fitness goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an avid exerciser for my whole life. I took up weight training early in life and returned to it in a big way 10 years ago. I became NASM certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist to help lead others to a longer and healthier life.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Once per week sessions are $40 per session.
Two or more times a week sessions are $30.
How did you get started teaching?
The love for the challenge or working out and the joy it brings in being a stronger and healthier person brought me o try and share that enjoyment with others.

One of my first clients recently hit the mark of losing 70 pounds!! Was and continues to be an amazing experience.
