I have been attending yoga classes with Barb for over six months. She is by far the best yoga instructor I have ever had! She appeals to all the senses using sounds and smells and all the props you could ever want to create the perfect meditative, restorative environment. The poses are always the perfect blend of relaxing and challenging. Just her voice melts away stress EVERY SINGLE TIME! This is the whole package and the highlight of my week! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Safety is 1st. I check to see if you are working with any challenges, issues or injuries. After that, I see where you are at regarding strength and flexibility. I design a practice specifically for the student.

200 RYT Yoga Alliance Certified. 20 years experience. Trauma Informed Certified; Certified Sound Therapist.
