About
I like to help my athletes get better everyday, session, and practice. The purpose of training is not to replace your strength and conditioning program at school but to supplement. As a coach we don't always have time to work on the specific details to each individual player but privately that can be acommplished.
I enjoy seeing the work put in to use during a game, practice, or workout session. I'm confident in the ability I have as a skills and football trainer. I don't work with all positions but the front 7 on defense and the running backs are my speciality. I don't feel there are alof of people who can bring the knowledge on the field and the weight room that I have.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask alot of questions about relationships, failure, expectations. You don't want to have a goal and the coach has a completely different goal in mind. Both parties need to be on the same page about the vision for your success.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
