My name is Jeremiah and I was in the service industry for the majority of my career. Over 25 years has gone into working up the corporate ladder from dishwasher to Executive Chef and finally, as GM of a high end restaurant on the San Antonio Riverwalk. COVID 19 hit and has turned my world upside down. Well, I decided to go into business for myself. I can offer lessons in knife handling, cooking techniques, restaurant management and safety. I am a registered instructor and Proctor for ServSafe.
The Hospitality Industry was my life. My passion is only superseded by my drive to succeed.

$50/HR for cooking lessons (cost of goods is not included)
$75 per lesson for knife handling skills
$100/ HR for consulting
