We are a Lagree fitness studio. Lagree fitness is a high intesnity low impact 45 minute full body workout. Based on spring resistence with a slow and controlled movement.

I have taken and taught dance classes most of my career (20 years) and I fell in love with this workout and knew I had to become a Lagree Fitness trainer. I love how quickly you see results with spring based slow and controlled movement.
