I teach yoga as method of personal transformation. I customize private instruction to meet the student where they are to help them reach their goals. I am a student of Shrath Jois in the Ashtanga method, and my teaching reflects this.
Mindfulness can be integrated into all aspects of life, and a little goes a long way. I teach mindfulness and meditation in a way that is accessible to all.
I teach yogic breathing techniques that empower the individual to move barriers in their bodies and lives.
I am humbled and honored to witness my students becoming empowered in their own practices and in their lives. It is amazing to see the tranformative power of yoga.
