What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask what they are looking to work on. Then build from there. And help come up with routines. Get some pictures and video to analyze. And some measurables like exit velo and arm strength.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a full time Elementary PE coach throughout the school year. And I have been a travel ball coach for the last 8 years with baseball and softball. I know the importance of routines and fundamentals and I don't like kids to overthink the game. My goal is to give them some help and confidence and to encourage them to work harder to be the best players that they can be.
