About
Hi my name is Junior, boxing has been in our family since I was a kid. My grandfather was a professional boxer. The moment a pair of gloves touched my hands. They never came off. It was a part of me. I have a NASM certification in personal training. I have worked and trained some of the best legacy fighters at the Woodlands and Houston area. I have learned through the years that the best training method for my clients, is just have fun. Every client is different. So each training session is designed to that specific person. Group clients will learn defense and attack tactics. From basic to advanced. The goal is to be a reflex and part of you. My trainings also consist of cardio workouts. So losing calories and weight is just a given. Depending on the client and if their interested sparring is available. My students will take trips to other gyms and talk to other trainers. Everyone has different ideas and ways of training. So why not pick those up . You will never stop learning.
I Love what I do, because I get to see people grow and make changes in their life style. That's one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
