Tina Adkinson Fitness Plus
About
I am mother, trainer, athlete, yogi, and friend! I know the stress and pressures women feel daily to be the best versions of themselves. I support all women in working towards fitness goals that also bring positive mental and emotional health.
I am tough because I know the power of women. I am kind because we all need someone to pull us up during moments of struggle. And I believe though consistency, action, and a changed mindset the confidence developed in people shifts their lives drastically.
NASM Certified PT, Yoga Alliance E- RYT 500 Instructor, US Masters Swim Coach, lover of most things outdoors 😉!
I enjoy the "ah ha" moments in my clients eyes when they push through a physical or mental block they have been struggling with for years.
I enjoy hearing how strong clients feel on bike rides, hikes, skiing, any activity, after working with me.
I enjoy the humanity of working with people who trust me to work with them. Their trust is something I do not take for granted, I am grateful each day to work with people who are commited to personal growth and change.
