Sidsie Rubow teaches private piano lessons in Orem, Utah. She is an accomplished pianist who has taught students of many different backgrounds for almost a decade. She feels that anyone can learn how to play well, if students are taught correct principles and practice consistently and well.
Why study piano with Sidsie? Not only will she ensure that correct technique is developed and sensitive musicality is acquired, but she will also provide opportunities for students to develop attributes that will affect the student far beyond the practice room. Students will walk away from their lessons feeling inspired to not only play beautiful music, but to grow and progress in every facet of their lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Sidsie will send you her policy and have you bring a signed copy to the first lesson. She will get to know you by hearing you play, talking with you, and discussing your expectations and the studio's. She will write down your assignments on a lesson sheet and put it in a binder, which you will need to bring to each lesson. She will also go over your weekly assignment with you so you feel comfortable and excited to work on it throughout the week.
