Our system is Chung Do/ Tae Kwon Do. This program is the root style of all Tae Kwon Do Internationally. I have been teaching and training since 1976, when I started training with Grandmaster Yong Taek Chung in Kansas City, Missouri. His instructor is Won Kuk Lee, the founder of Chung Do Kwan/Tae Kwon Do. This is a traditional training program.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each student will receive one on one instruction from a black belt. They will receive forms which Korean terms used in class. All students work on basic techniques, forms, self defense and free sparring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Master Instuctor.
