How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching after I went through my own healing journey and realized the power of all the tools I had been given.
I have experienced many trials and traumas in my life. I have watched numerous friends and family members struggle mentally and physically. I noticed a huge gap in our Medical and Holistic Modalities and wanted to be able to assist in that gap.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students I have worked with include:
Students looking to deeper their practice.
Students with shoulder, neck, or back injuries.
Students with autoimmune disease or other health concerns including IBS, Fatigue, Hormone Imbalance, Fertility, Brain Injury, C-Diff, Constipation, Candida, Brain Fog.
Students who are suffering from anxiety, depression, and some trauma.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent favorite event was seeing one of my students offering a live meditation session on Instagram.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
We believe that we have to wait for the perfect time to create change, learn something, or do something new. But what if the perfect time is now? Time will continue to pass and life will continue to have its ups and downs. Starting now will give you the tools to navigate with more ease, peace, and gratitude during those ups and down times. Starting now is the perfect time.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why? Why do you want to learn and heal?
