Julian does a a thorough job of making sure you learn the basics and then builds off that. He balances pushing you to do your best and being adaptable to your “off days”. He’s excellent and worth training with!

One of the best boxing teachers in the DMV area, I have been training with Julian over the past two years and have learned a great deal from him. He takes the time to teach you the basics at your own pace. At the same time he will push you pass your comfort level. Julian truly believes you are capable of being better as long as you are willing to put in the work. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher, friend, and mentor. If you are looking for a teacher that is willing to put you first and help you better yourself (mentally or physically) then I suggest setting up a training session with him.

I’ve been training with Julian for 3-4 years, and what I really appreciate about him is his patience and his ability to tailor each session to the needs and goals of each client. He has an amazing way of sharing his knowledge of boxing without making you feel intimidated by it and it motivates me to want to learn more from him. Everything has a purpose each minute of my PT sessions, and he’s never let me get away with mediocre effort. I can honestly say Julian brings out the best in me and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn some boxing skills or has any fitness goals.

i would give 10 stars if i can! i’ve worked with many trainers over the years but i would get bored. it all changed when i started training with julian. i became motivated and encouraged to work harder. challenges have become fun and our workouts are never boring. it is also a plus that he is such a fun and nice person.
