That's me, according to my website. I think it's actually true, too! I teach all the skills of DJing (crowd reading, music organization, beat matching, composition, mixing (Pioneer and Traktor), and anything else related.
I have a home studio setup, and I'm happy to teach complete beginners or more seasoned DJs who are looking to learn and improve.
Everything.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's important that they are committed to music and the art and skillset of DJing for the right reasons. Students will need to come prepared with a USB of at least 50 tracks at 320kbps quality. I will talk to them about their tastes in music, what attracts them to DJing, and observe their natural inclinations. We will go from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained under some of the most skilled DJs around the world, including Janette Slack, Matt Rudge (IXA), and Martin Reeves (Krafty Kutz). I also have quite a bit of experience in event management and marketing.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who you can feel wants to give you the tools to learn, not to string you along piecemeal.
