I offer Personal Training at your convenience. I am very upbeat and positive. Train with me and you will have fun...but you'll also sweat A LOT! I'm constantly searching for new techniques and exercises to keep things fresh and interesting. I am NASM certified and currently work as a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer at the YMCA.
I most enjoy seeing the transformation that happens. Some people haven't exercised in years, so seeing them get in shape and become fit and healthy is a wonderful thing!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step in working with a new student is to discuss their goals and expectations. Every student is different and every student will receive a workout tailored to their specific needs. We will then do an assement to see their strengths and weaknesses. I'll then develope a program that will help them acheive their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
