I’ve been training with Chris for several years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around.
I started training three times a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into our sessions.
Chris is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

He’s so patient and he works to your strength. Most trainers will do a generic workout with all their folks, but Chris really tailors the workout to fit the individual and meet your target goals. Really loved working out with this guy! Good vibes, bumping music and an awesome workout every time!!! Thank you Ceebeez Fizique!! Can’t wait to get back in there!
