    I’ve been training with Chris for several years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around.
    I started training three times a week, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into our sessions.
    Chris is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
    Importantly
    – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
    – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
    I thoroughly enjoy working out in the private trainer studio environment, and would recommend Chris to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.

    He’s so patient and he works to your strength. Most trainers will do a generic workout with all their folks, but Chris really tailors the workout to fit the individual and meet your target goals.
