Over 20 years of baseball experience at all levels of baseball. I posses a wealth of knowledge and experience. I am passionate about baseball and strive to pass on all my knowledge and experience to the youth and future generation of ball players.
Just started my offseason from coaching with the Rangers organization. Will be around for the next 3-4 months.

Body Warm up, stretching, Arm care; which includes proper throwing program training, long toss to promote arm strength, velocity, stamina and overall arm health, speed and agility training and recovery techniques.
All around comprehensive training. Hitting, defense, throwing and my specialty Pitching
