What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It starts with a brief consultation about the individual's needs and wants. Then if necessary we perform a comprehensive fitness assessment, which includes weight, bodyfat, and circumference measurements. Then, we determine which fitness protocols to follow to help an individual get to their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a BioPrint Practitioner Level 1; Biosignature Practitioner Level 1; Precision Nutrition Practitioner Level 1.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our sessions range from $69-95 per session. It varies based on duration and frequency of sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
I was sick and tired of Corporate America. I wanted to help more people and feel more accomplished by touching and changing people's lives.
What types of students have you worked with?
Teenagers and adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you get referrals, ask for testimonials, and make sure there is a thorough assessment process before making a decision.
