We offer a form of self-inquiry and self introspection in yoga called The Chitta Cleanse Technique (CCT). CCT is way to overcome past traumas in order to realize your true, authentic self. It allows you to make positive changes toward your goals and to overcome self-limiting behaviors and emotions.

CCT has completely transformed my life, so much so that I now teach others the method so that they can see positive improvements and benefits in their own lives. CCT is helping to raise the consciousness of the world.
