We have terrific teachers and a wide variety of classes and workshops for all levels. Even heated yoga classes. We also offer yoga nidra and meditation. We have a beautiful studio with parking right next to the entrance, in the back of the building.

Yoga is multilayered, bringing greater strength, flexibility, and freedom throughout the body, and is a great way to unwind from daily activities and challenges. We love to provide opportunities that are just right for each student, and encourage understanding of the wonderful changes that takes place through a continuing practice.

I am an E-RYT (experienced yoga teacher) with well over 1000 hours of teaching experience, and we have many experienced teachers at the studio. I am also certified in modern therapeutic yoga (800 hr level), tailoring yoga to the needs of each individual student, in private sessions and classes. It is a joy to share with each student and encourage each student's unique path.

Create an account on our website. Begin in an appropriate class, talk to the teachers about your practice and goals and any limitation concerns. 

E-RYT, training through 800 hr certification, many training intensives and mentoring. 

New student special passes, and monthly unlimited passes at $99 per month, and other passes too.  $20. 00 to drop in any time.  Privates from $65-$125, depending on the teacher. 

Taking my first teacher training was the most challenging, and building from there to a 500 hr and an 800 hr certification.  Yoga is a journey, and embracing the change in the body and mind is a joy.  Sharing and offering guidance in the journey enriches the practice for both student and teacher.  A beauiful process for all. 

Each student has the her or his own place to begin or continue, each is just right.    I work with students who would like to build strength and flexibility, and find greater eqanimity, as well as students with injuries or chronic conditions.  All can benefit from a tailored practice.    

Teaching a class that is energetic, or is calmer.  Moving with the breath is freeing.
