About
My name is Vic Diaz and I’m currently in my 4th season with the Philadelphia Phillies in the Player Development Department. Formerly an Assistant Baseball Coach at Embry-Riddle University. I have playing and coaching experience at the Division I college level. This will be my 5th year as a college baseball coach. Prior to joining the Embry-Riddle Baseball staff, I was an assistant coach at Old Dominion University, where I also played. I began my collegiate playing career at Mississippi State University. I offer lessons in all areas of the game, pitching, hitting, and fielding. In my services, I also offer in-season/off-season programming and video analysis. If you are interested in lessons please contact me at [email protected].
What I enjoy most about working with young players is being able to assist them to create good habits at a young age. I believe learning the CORRECT fundamental baseball actions, and movement patterns is extremely important to a players development throughout their career. I coach with a lot of energy and look to get the most out of every player I have the opporunity to work with.
