About

I have been in and around the game of baseball for 30 years. I have learned from and spent hundreds of hours with MLB players, minor league players, college players persoanlly talking about baseball.

I have studied this sport and continue studying everyday. I am more of a fielding (infield) specialist but have the ability to coach around other areas of the game. However, I am not a pitching guy beyond little league.

I have been coaching travel baseball in VA and NC the last 9 years ages 13-17. The last several years I have also volunteered for my sons little league team (he is 8). My baseball mentor is an assistant coach with a top D1 baseball program.

I offer not only baseball coaching, but strength & conditioning and mindset coaching. I am a certified personal trainer and life coach in addition to a baseball coach. I just love to coach people!

My purpose in life is mentoring young men and coaching grown men. I look forward to coaching you or someone you care about.

    Frequently asked questions

I like to schedule a 45 min phone call to get to know each student and their specific needs to make sure it's a good fit. I am not looking to just work with anyone and everyone. I want to work solely with those individuals I can make an impact and unlock more of their potential.

From there, we agree on an amount, structure and duration of contract (or pay in full, no contract-discount applies). I accept several different digital payment methods (paypal, venmo, cash app, etc).

After that, I draw up the plan and we as a team execute it. The student shows up ready to work every time we are together and I do the same. I also provide support between sessions if needed.

I have studied the game of baseball and the best that have played it for 30 years. I have coached it for almost 10 years. I have been in D1 college dugouts, practices, meeting rooms. I have been in minor league clubhouses. I have had meals with MLB players.

So while my own playing career ended after HS, that is moreso my loathe of school than my ability/knowledge of baseball. Realistically, I had D1/D2 college talent but would not have gone past that. Unfortunately I didn't have college grades and I didn't want to put in the work to get them. I use this life lesson a lot in my coaching.

    -Assistant Coach-(Richmond Braves) 2010-2017 (ages 13-17)

    -Head Coach-(Diamond Deacons) 2018 (13U)

-Assistant little league volunteer coach 2017-current (tball, coach pitch, kid pitch)

-Player Development Coordinator (Chesterfield Little League) 2019-current

    -NASM Certified Personal Trainer 2016-current

I don't have a standard pricing system, it's all customized based on the students wants, needs and desires. No budget is too small, if it's the right fit we will figure something out.

I do offer pay in full discount which we can discuss as an option to save you some money also.

I have worked with 5-17 year olds as a coach. I have also worked with 18-80 with fitness coaching as a personal trainer.

Discovering things about my myself that I needed to change.

Everyone needs a coach but take your time and find the right fit. The right coach can expedite your learning curve dramatically.

What do you REALLY want? What are you willing to SACRIFICE to obtain it?

    WHY do you want that?

How can this person you're looking at hiring help you obtain what you want?
