The Shop Baseball Perfromance Academy

The shop BPA is a top of the line hitting and pitching facility. First We test and measure all players hitting and or pitching abilities. From there we put the students through a proper body movement assessment. We call this process hitting yoga. We explain every movement and give reason as to why the body functions in a specific manner. From there we re-measure their abilities. We compare the final body assessment data to the raw data from the beginning of the workout. If the numbers from the final assessment are lower than the raw data collected at the beginning of the lesson, we give our students their money back. After doing this for 12 years in Ashland Virginia, we have yet to have our theory be proven wrong.

We teach players the how to properly move their body’s when hitting and or pitching with the use of science, video analysis, and radar. We teach how the body functions when conducting these movements. Once that process is learned we put them through our EXtreme Hitting Program, which strengthens the body and increases power and efficiency. Our ESP program is something that no one else does when putting the body through a vigorous swing enhancing workout.

I have conducted over 28,000 lessons in 12 years. I was a 4 year starter at Virginia Commonwealth University. I decided to teach baseball, study how the human body properly functions, and finally put the two together for a very awesome for a living and here I am today living my dream.
