As a neuro-divergent leader, I’m passionate about wellness and mental health. Facilitating yoga and sharing nutrition education strategies will enable clients to better align their lifestyles to support unique health and fitness goals that are long-term and not shortcut quick fixes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

For new students, we can discuss the yoga services I provide and what your goals are in order to assess the best services for your health and fitness needs.
Once services are confirmed, the client will compete a yoga waiver release form before a yoga session is scheduled.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Individual Yoga or Couple sessions: Private Sessions $75/ per hour
Yoga and Detox Program: $199 Monthly Membership
(Includes Weekly yoga sessions and detox coaching)
Detox Program only:
$300 one-time payment for 6 week detox planning and coaching support program.
How did you get started teaching?
After several years in the business sector, for the last 5 or more years I began to focus more on health and wellness education and content and skills to support community health needs.
What types of students have you worked with?
This new business will focus on beginner to intermediate yoga students. My goal is to allign and identify client goals to reduce issues such as:
Anxiety
Strengthen abdominal muscles
Improve leg tone
Learn meditative techniques to reduce stress from work or calm emotions from toxic or intense relationships.
Learn meal planning techniques to support weight loss or nutrtional detox
Improve listening and emotional regulation
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Grateful for seeing the progress of a friend's anxiety decrease as she begins to rebuild her life with her family and pursue new career options.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
As a yoga teacher, there are many skill areas and expertise that make each yoga teacher unqiue. Learn about their approach to support your goals and how well they listen to your needs before choosing a yoga teacher or program.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Things to consider:
Think about your fitness goals and outcomes and what is currently supporting it and how you would like to feel once you've reached your goal.
Consider how your current schedule and routines woud benefit from greater discipline by adopting health and well practices such as yoga or nutrtional coaching.
