I hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Music. Have been a professional church, studio and chamber musician in the Los Angeles area for 20+ years, as well as a music teacher.
i am a published composer and member of ASCAP.
I enjoy working with beginning to advanced students as well.
Bringing Art to life is an exciting adventure. Sharing The skill of making Art through music enables me to “pass the torch.”
Watching students progress in developing their natural gifts and observing the enjoyment they find, is very rewarding to me.

First, let’s talk about what YOUR goals are. Then we’ll work TOGETHER to determine the best fit for training materials, practice, etc.
We’ll take a moment frequently to check to be sure we are both on the right plan.

$40 for a 45 minute lesson
$50 for a 60 minute lesson
How did you get started teaching?
i started teaching as a way to pay the bills while in college. Have continued all during my career.

All kinds, including special needs students
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Focus more n finding someone you enjoy learning with and are inspired by and less a particular background, reputation or curriculum (save those teachers for graduate school)
