About

Redmond Art Works was founded on the idea of creating a space for our community to gather and make art!

Chelsea has been teaching in the elementary school classroom for the past 6 years and dreamed of one day opening an art studio. A combination of her passion for teaching and pottery, Redmond Art Works was born.

We have created a stress free, get messy, and create atmosphere where the question 'What would happen if we tried this?' is greeted with an excited, 'Let's try it! ' This space is for everyone, if you have an idea for a class. We would love to hear it.

Thank you so much for visiting the site, please check back often. We are adding new events and classes weekly.

We hope to see you in the studio soon!

Frequently asked questions

When meeting a new art student I enjoy getting to know them and encouraging them to share a little about themselves and what they enjoy. As we work together, we have the opportunty to get to know each other better so I can talor lessons and projects to their interests.

I worked as a elementary teacher in the public school system for the last 6 years and studied Elementary Education and Ceramics at the University of Montana.

Our studio charges $85 for a month of group classes, one hour per week. $115 for an hour and a half a week, and $155 for our adult 2 1/2 hour pottery classes.

Semi- private lessons are $50 per hour and $30 per addional artist for that lesson.
