Mary's Flute School

Mary MacRae is a flute instructor in the Lynnwood / Bothell / Mill Creek area. She has a BA in Music from Central Washington University. She has also studied and attended flute seminars with Sir James Galway, Tadeu Coelho, Lorna McGhee, William Bennett, Felix Skowronek, Scott Goff, Amy Porter, and Pam Pressley, amongst others.

Mary teaches “how” to study for the greatest musical advancement. Her students win high placement in school music programs and they have represented her in the Bellevue, Cascade, Bremerton, Everett and Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestras.

Private Flute Lessons with Mary incorporate: Tone Production, Technique, Breathing, Repertoire, Competitions, Performances, Solo Work and Ensembles.
