I have worked freelance in the greater Seattle for over 35 years. I have experience creating art in many mediums. I love seeing students discover their talents and have the experience to guide them in many mediums and media. I live in the Burien, WA area and have a studio in my house where I prefer to meet students between 11am-2pm weekdays. I normally charge just $20/hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I find out what the student is interested in learning and as much of their artistic background as they have to share. Then we talk about possible projects and they learn technic and skills as they practice their medium and produce projects of their own choosing.
