About
I have been a personal trainer/health coach for the last 8 years. I’ve worked with athletes in many sport backgrounds, from the age of 5 to 92. I believe in honest, positive feedback. My sporting background is collegiate soccer and track, distance running and triathlon. I also specialize in competitive volleyball training and rehabilitative therapy. My husband is also a coach and avid triathlete. He has been coaching runners and triathletes for 5 years, competing for 10 years. We’ve both qualified for nationals/championships in the Olympic, 70.3, and full 140.6 distances. We’ve both competed in and qualified for the Boston marathon several times. We would love to help take you to the next level! Beginners to advanced athletes/clients welcomed. (Elliot specialized in advanced athletes, I specialize in beginner and intermediate athletes)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically clients begin with an assessment, in person or over the phone. We start wth health history, experience, and discuss goals, schedule, availability, etc.
From there we can begin online, via our app, or in person!
