About
I am excited to work with local athletes that have ambition of taking their game to the next level. I pride myself on individual coaching and getting the best out of players.
My vast experience as a professional player in many countries, plus my coaching experience at the college and national team level in my home country of Angola have given me a unique perspective on what it takes to make it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Usually we will do one session and I will ask lots of questions about their goals, ambitions, playing experience, preferred position(s), etc. From there I can build a training regimine that will fit well with that athlete. Usually I train players once a week, but it can be more or less depending on the circumstance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played professionally in my home country of Angola as well as Portugal and Morocco. I came to the states to earn my degree which brought me to play for Northwest University in Kirkland. I then started coaching at Northwest after graduation for 4 years. I had the opportunity to take a job with the Angolan National team set up and coached there for a year before COVID hit. Now I am back in the US coaching at Northwest University and earning my Master's degree in Community Development.
