Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When starting to working with a new student, the first session will be spent performing a range of motion assessment; moving them through a set sequence of yoga poses, and having a conversation about their health history, goals, and personal background. This will allow me to customize my instruction for the student's individual needs. As the student progresses through our practice, I will continue to tailor their practice to their ability level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my RYT 200 hour training at Shakti Vinyasa Yoga with Lisa Black.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
