Ken Jacobsen is a great match for me as an adult learner with only minimal music education (from when I was a kid). He knew to start me off with the fundamentals of keys and chord structures as a way to (1) understand the building blocks of music and (2) get familiar with the hammered dulcimer. Because he can play other string instruments as well, Ken is helping me understand how to accompany/be accompanied. Im really enjoying our video and in-person lessons, and plan to get my husband on board to brush up his guitar skills. Highly recommended!
