I help women regain their body confidence through customized 1:1 coaching - workout plans designed specifically for YOUR body and YOUR goals, done from home or the gym! I also provide nutritional guidance, meal planning strategies and calorie/macro tracking.
The most valuable part of what I offer is the 24/7 accountability and support. You can reach me anytime, any day of the week, with any question or issue. My success comes from YOURS, so I'm extremely invested in your journey from start to finish.
I've been designing and following the Good Sweat program for 10 years, and I know it works. I don't believe in crash diets or restriction--the best programs work WITH you, not against you. I build my plans so women can reach their goals in a healthy and sustainable way, and actually enjoy the process. I love seeing clients push their own limits, challenge themselves and overcome, and realize just how strong they really are. I love seeing the women I coach pumped because of the results they're seeing, and excited to keep going.
My heart is happiest when women I work with embrace their bodies and learn to love them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All clients will complete a short client questionnaire so I can get to know their goals, challenges, and lifestyle. Once reviewed, I will personally reach out to schedule an intro call, where we discuss the specific program, talk through details and questions, and then confirm their enrollment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Cost varies based on the length of program, and payment plans are available for all programs.
How did you get started teaching?
I started designing plans informally for friends and family and realized how much I loved it!
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of my clients are women/moms, but I am absolutely flexible to work with individuals of any background or fitness level, as long as I feel like I will be the best person to serve them.
