My teaching approach: When a student comes in , I look at their posture, technique, goals and the kind of music they want to play. Styles: Jazz, Fusion, Rock, Metal, Blues, Country, Bluegrass, Folk, Classical, Gypsy Jazz, Alternative, Punk, Flamenco, Etc. Bands: Fusion Fields, Loose Cannon, Jax St., Baby Hers, Avoiding Tom, Suckerpunch, Symbolic Sight, Chuck Worm And The Nite Crawlers, C.W. Green Bay Guitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours: Mon - Fri 12pm to 8pm. I also Teach Out of my home in Sobieski. Sat 8am to 2pm and some week days. Guitar Techniques: Lead guitar, Rhythm guitar, Open tuning, Fingerstyle, Slide Guitar, Vocal Accompaniment, Performance, Improvisation, Jamming Skills, Reading Music, Music Theory, Scales and Exercises, Song Writing, Recording and Production, Guidance In Equipment Selection Your first guitar lesson with me might include the following: The lesson is geared around the students level. Whether the student is a beginner, intermediate, advanced or Pro. I will take that person to the next step. So we check their ability, goals and what they want to accomplish. A guitar lesson with me might entail the following: Lesson Plan : 1st focus on posture, correct hand placement, holding of the pick and hanging onto the guitar. 2nd scales, chords, song formulas. 3rd Songs and Song Writing. 4th Skills & Techniques : Cross Picking, Finger Picking, Sweep Picking, Finger Taps, Harmonics, Slap Techniques, Percussive Slaps, Chicken Pickin' & Etc. 5th Theory and Reading : Intervals, Scale Degrees, Inversions, Sheet Music, Tablature, Chord Charts, Chord Chemistry & Etc. 6th Open Door Policy = we work on the songs that you want. The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following: My ideal guitar student is one who will practice and really wants to be there in the lessons I tell all my students they should be practicing at a minimal of one hour a day 5 days out of the week. If they really want to break some ground, 2 to 3 hours a day or more. You get what you put into it. If you have the thirst and hunger for knowledge it will be satisfying.

I enjoy watching the light bulb go off in a students eyes when they get it. I enjoy there discoveries with them.
