Mary E. Hafeman, President and Owner of Fore in One Golf Services, is a highly regarded accomplished player, instructor operations manager within the golf industry. 2014 PGA North Florida Section “Player Development Leader”, in addition, 2011 and 2012, PGA of America membership selected Mary as Northern Chapter, PGA North Florida Section “Teacher of the Year”. Mary was awarded 2012 & 2013 PGA President’s Plaque for leadership and growing the game. In 2013, Mary joined Deercreek Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida and Missing Links Golf Club in Mequon, Wisconsin expanding Mary Hafeman Golf Experience locations.

Mary created Mary Hafeman Golf Experience in 2009 in conjunction with the award winning Mary Hafeman Golf Academy. This web based community fits the needs of a large growing network of people interested in the overall golf experience. Mary Hafeman Golf Experience provides an overview of the golf experience from exceptional golf instruction, inclusive player development programs, customized travel, tournaments and outing series and social networking opportunities for the inexperienced player to the professional golfer. In addition, Mary is an expert consultant for a variety of golf clubs and operations that are interested in improving their performances and bottom line profits. Mary is the former Director of Golf Operations at the LPGA International Golf Club in Daytona Beach Florida. Mary supervised and led the golf operation and instructional programs at the world renowned LPGA home course.

A former player on the LPGA Tour, one of the game’s “Top 50 Teachers” according to Golf for Women magazine and recognized as a ”Top Teacher” by region by Golf Magazine, Mary E. Hafeman’s past experience includes head golf professional at Ocean Hammock Golf Club. In this capacity, Hafeman was responsible for golf services and operations at this Jack Nicklaus Signature oceanfront course singled out by Golf Digest as one of America’s 10 “Best New Upscale” courses. She is a PGA Quarter Century club A-13 member of the PGA of America and an LPGA Class A member.

Prior to joining Ocean Hammock, Hafeman was director of golf and head PGA professional at Ponce de Leon Hotel Golf and Conference Center in St. Augustine, site of Florida’s oldest golf course.

During her 14 years there, Hafeman successfully increased golf revenues by 100 percent.

A 1980 University of Florida graduate, Hafeman was the captain and most valuable player as a member of the Gators’ women’s golf team. She was elected to the university’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 1998. Among her playing accomplishments are: 1979 Women’s Western Amateur Champion, 1980 USGA Curtis Cup Team member and 1981 Women’s Eastern Amateur Champion. In 2003 Hafeman was inducted into the Wisconsin State Golf Association's Hall of Fame.

In 1999 Hafeman was elected vice president of The First Tee program of St. John's County. She has also served as director of the Women’s Western Golf Association since 1995. Hafeman was honorary chairman for the 2004 Women's Western Championship – an event she won in 1979.

In addition, she was named 2006 “Club Professional of the Year “by the LPGA SE Section Teaching and Club Division and-the 2006 North Florida Section PGA Standard of Excellence performance recognition.

In 2008, Mary was invited to serve as guest professor at South Korea’s Hoseo University teaching classes on “How to attain premier performance” and “How to prepare for life after your playing career”. In 2010 to 2012 Mary joined Creekside High School as Girls Golf Coach to further advance and develop girl’s golf participation.
